Joelle’s Technical Resources (JTR) & Custom Works Inc. is all about getting the job done safely while providing a wide array of services ranging from on-site repairs and fabrication to confined space management.
JTR provides customers with qualified and skilled welders, millwrights, mechanics, and labourers who enable projects to be completed in a safe, affordable, and timely manner. The company is certified to CWB standards 47.1 and W59 with two CWB certified welding supervisors on staff.
A 3000 square foot shop with welding bays, an automatic plasma cutting table, and a large band saw gives crews the tools needed to perform. Eight fully tooled rigs support work in the field for jobs of every size.
A certified Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator helps maintain a positive safety culture while giving clients confidence that work will be performed properly.
Employees continue completing job-specific training based on Ministry approved standards to stay aligned with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
JTR supports scholastic transitions and invests in the next generation by providing graduates with opportunities to gain experience and confidence through guidance in the shop and field.
Multiple team members are currently undertaking Millwright and Welder Fitter Apprenticeships.
